Here's a draft email: [paste your text, with names and numbers removed]. Make it clearer and friendlier, keep it under [number] words, and don't add any facts I didn't give you.

Why it works: It gives the text, a length and a rule not to invent anything, so the rewrite still says what you meant.

Check the answer: Read it before you send it. Check that every date, time, name and promise is still right, and put the real names back in yourself.

Works in any chat assistant. Change the parts in [brackets].

Worked example

Here's a draft email: [Hi, the meeting moved, can you come Thursday instead, thanks]. Make it clearer and friendlier, keep it under [60] words, and don't add any facts I didn't give you.

If it adds a time or place you didn't mention, delete it. Ask again with "shorter" or "more formal" if the tone isn't right.
